Spade (or Paddle Blind): A solid metal plate used to block the flow in the pipeline, like the blind side of a spectacle blind.

Spacer (or Paddle Spacer): A ring-shaped metal plate with a hole, allowing fluid to flow through, similar to the open side of a spectacle blind. 

These are used when a spectacle blind is too large or inconvenient.

An Orifice Flange Assembly is a set of flanges, orifice plate used in piping systems to measure flow rates. It consists of two main components:

Orifice Plate: A thin metal plate with a hole in the center, which is inserted between two flanges. As fluid flows through the hole, it creates a pressure drop, which can be measured to determine the flow rate.

Flanges: Two flanges on either side of the orifice plate secure it in place and allow it to be easily installed or removed. They typically have bolt holes for attaching the assembly to the pipeline.

A Paddle Orifice Plate is a flow measurement device with an extended paddle section to stabilize the flow profile. It features a central hole and a paddle that extends beyond the plate, reducing flow disturbances and improving measurement accuracy. Used in industries for precise flow measurement.
